Every Strike & Co. lighter leaves our workshop tested and verified. If it fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, we'll make it right — no questions asked.

Email support with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the issue.
We assess your claim
Our team reviews your claim within 2 business days and will confirm whether it's covered.
Ship it back
If approved, we'll send a prepaid return label. Ship the lighter back in any protective packaging.
Repair or replacement
We'll repair or replace your lighter at no charge and ship it back to you, usually within 5–7 business days.
Terms
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all claims. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by country. Strike & Co. reserves the right to determine whether a defect is covered under warranty.
